A driving day

6:30am. Even the birds are still sleeping 😴 (summer break, remember? 😜), but J and I are turning the engine on and starting our 3:30 hours drive OUT of our way to go exchange the RV for one that hopefully works well. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

First stop: gas station. Like in the movies. The old ones ;)

And speaking of old times, we’ve seen a ton of these here in Oregon. They are apparently part of the scenery :)

1:12pm. Just finished cleaning our “new” Rv and moving everything from one vehicle to the other. No words. Hopefully this one works well. Now off to lunch.

We had lunch at a very typical American dinner and it was really good. Our server Lucy, a 50ish year old lady got a great tip for great service 😊

After lunch we walked a bit on Main Street Baker City, OR. Very typical, super cute, instate street.

Now more driving until our next destination: Enterprise, OR where tomorrow we’ll visit Wallowa Lake. But first, our mandatory stop at Walmart for some dinner supplies (and fun!)

Did I say dinner?
